The first egg has hatched!

Great news this morning, the first chick had started to hatch shortly before 6am (22nd May 2022) and was fully out of the shell by 6:13am.

The egg was laid only 8 days after Dylan had returned leading many to wonder if this egg was infact viable. Thankfully it was and Seren laid the first at 10:27am on the 14th of April, which meant it took 37 days, 19 hours and 46 minutes for the embryo to fully develop and to hatch from the egg.
